Horse Boarding

LTRA has 48 acres with seven individual pastures of various sizes for turnout, including two riding pastures. We have a wide variety of shared and single pens with shelters, automatic waterers, and clean feeding stations in a family-friendly, supportive environment.

Some of the services available include:

• 31 outside pens with capacity for 51 boarded horses

• Heated indoor riding arena with washrooms and potable water

• Outdoor groomed arena with bleacher seating

• Round pen

• Outdoor obstacle course

• Twice daily feeding with premium hay

• Parking for a horse trailer

• A tack storage locker is available or bring your own tack box

• Indoor vet stall for your farrier and other caregivers

• Full-time farm and office staff, plus video surveillance with an evening security check

• A kind, supportive barn culture with the opportunity to volunteer in the charitable work of providing equine experiences for vulnerable youths and adults

Basic monthly horse boarding fees are fixed and guaranteed for the calendar year from January to December each year. The fees for boarding are:

• $470 single monthly board

• $425 shared monthly board

• $20 monthly for additional LTRA supplied feed

• $10 overnight indoor stall fee for boarded horses that require medical or recovery needs

We require our horse boarding customers to sign a boarding contract and follow our rules and regulations.  All shots and deworming must be up-to-date with health papers from a vet.  A complete list of required shots is available from the Boarder FAQs.
