In 2025, we proudly celebrate the 42nd Annual Joanne Perlich Ride4Dreams—a heartfelt tribute to a legacy that began in 1976 when Joanne Perlich and a group of passionate community members took to the trails to support a dream. Today, that dream lives on through the Lethbridge Therapeutic Riding Association (LTRA), and this annual fundraiser remains the cornerstone of making inclusive, life-changing equine programs possible.

This year’s Ride4Dreams brings together two powerful experiences over two days—each playing a vital role in supporting our mission.

🎶Ride4Dreams Cabaret presented by Murray Chevrolet Cadillac: September 12th 2025 👢

Hosted at the LTRA Arena, this vibrant evening features a opening entertainment by Luke James Bruce followed by a live concert from El’ Mule, a delicious BBQ-themed dinner by MA Catering, a spirited auction by Perlich Bros Auction Mart, and a lively barn dance under the arena lights.

🐎Ride4Dreams Trail Ride – September 13, 2025🤠

Held at Pavan Park, the Trail Ride invites participants to collect pledges and ride with purpose through the scenic southern Alberta landscape. This tradition remains at the heart of Ride4Dreams—celebrating community, connection, and the healing power of horses.

FUNDRAISING PURPOSE: YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS!

Every dollar raised helps LTRA deliver accessible therapeutic riding and equine wellness programming for children, youth, and adults across Southern Alberta. Your support directly aids in:

• Providing adaptive and inclusive riding programs

We kick of the fundraiser Friday September 12th with the high-energy Cabaret presented by Murray Chevrolet Cadillac. We’re turning up the volume and turning our arena into a western-themed concert venue for one unforgettable night of food, music, and community celebration—all in support of the Lethbridge Therapeutic Riding Association.

The Ride4Dreams Cabaret kicks off with a 5:30 PM cocktail hour, followed by a mouth-watering BBQ dinner from MA Catering, and then it’s time for Dancing in the Dirt as the music rolls late into the night.

With a live auction, a stocked bar cart, and fun for both adults and kiddos, this is more than just a night out—it’s a night with purpose.

• Table of 8 | $550.00: Secure your spot at the heart of the celebration with a regular table for eight. 💥A special early bird price of $499 is in effect until August 15th. Last year’s event sold out early—don’t wait! 💥Your presence and support contribute immensely towards our cause. Partake in a night of fun, celebration, and shared commitment to making a difference.

• Individual Tickets | $75.00: Joining solo or bringing a few extra guests? Individual tickets are available for just $75 each, making it easy to be part of the Ride for Dreams Cabaret without purchasing a full table. Whether you’re coming with friends or flying solo, you’ll be right in the heart of the action for a night of great food, entertainment, and impact.

• Youth Tickets (13 and under) | $40.00

We continue the Ride4Dreams weekend on Saturday, September 13th with our signature Trail Ride—a day that brings riders, families, and supporters together for purpose-driven fun, scenic landscapes, and heartfelt community connection.

Held at Pavan Park, this family-friendly ride invites participants to gather pledges and ride for a reason: to support the life-changing therapeutic and equine wellness services provided by the Lethbridge Therapeutic Riding Association.

Whether you’re in the saddle or cheering from the sidelines, this event is a meaningful way to make a difference.

💸 Fundraise & Ride

Riders and non-riders alike are invited to gather pledges in support of LTRA’s therapeutic programs.
🎟 Raise $200 or more in pledges & receive a complimentary ticket to the Ride4Dreams Cabaret happening the night before (Sept. 12)!

📝 How to Participate

1. Register Online: Click the “Participate in a Fundraising Event” button at the top of the page and select “Participate in the Ride”.

2. Complete the Waiver: Required for all riders—available via the 'Rider Info Package” tab or digitally through the links below.

3. Download the Rider Info Package: Includes trail etiquette, directions and the printable pledge form.

🕘 Trail Ride Schedule

📍 Pavan Park Staging Area

• 10:00 AM – Site opens

• 11:00 AM – Rider check-in & registration

• 12:00 PM – Complimentary lunch served

• 1:00 PM – Ride begins (riders may be grouped based on total numbers)

• ~3:00 PM – Return to staging area, followed by prize draws & post-ride snacks

  • While refreshments and lunch will be provided, we ask that you bring your lawn chair, sunscreen, bug spray, and anything else you may need to keep cool & comfy!

• 🏆 Youth Prize Alert: The participant aged 17 or under who raises the most in pledges will win a custom Montana Silversmith Belt Buckle!

💖 Pledges Make It Possible

Every dollar raised helps deliver life-changing services through LTRA’s equine programs.

• Submit pledge forms in advance or bring them with you to the Trail Ride

• Online donations can also be made through our secure website.

• Tax receipts are issued for donations of $20 or more

Location & Directions to the Ride

The ride will be held at Pavan Park north of Lethbridge.  To get to the staging area from Lethbridge:

• Travel north out of Lethbridge on 13th Street North to the Pavan Park turn off

• The entrance to Pavan Park is 2.6 km north of 26th Avenue North

• Turn left into the entrance

• Take your first left directly after entering Pavan Park entrance (before going down the hill into the park) and you will see the staging area.
