This raffle is a great opportunity to support us, and have a chance to add beef to your freezer.
The LTRA is pleased to offer a new and exciting way to help maintain our equestrian therapeutic services. Your Beef Lottery ticket purchase today helps us work through the loss of our more traditional fundraising events; and, the opportunity to put frozen beef into your freezer!
The raffle is for a top quality Alberta Angus beef -- custom cut, wrapped, and frozen. The first prize is for a half, with the second and third prizes being one quarter each (these quarters are blended so that the better cuts are spread through both quarters).

Raffle tickets shall not be sold to a person under the age of 18 years. Adult ticket buyers are advised not to write the name of a person under the age of 18 years on the ticket stub.
LTRA Board members, and/or members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, children or siblings) that reside in the same household, are not eligible to purchase tickets. LTRA employees, and/or members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, children or siblings) that reside in the same household, are not eligible to purchase tickets.
Tickets may be purchased and sold in Alberta only. Ticket orders must be received by 11:59 p.m. on November 15, 2020 for guaranteed eligibility for the draw on November 25, 2020.
Total ticket value is $20,000. The total number of 2,500 tickets are available as follows:
- 1000 tickets at $10 each
- 1,500 tickets at 3 tickets for $20
The raffle draw will be made at the LTRA office on November 25, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., at 24 205015 Hwy 512, Lethbridge County, Alberta, by a person who does not have a ticket or interest in the draw. It will be conducted by entering all of the ticket stubs into a transparent plastic rotating drum. After rotating the drum a minimum of three times the winning ticket will be manually drawn from the container in a random manner.
In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals identified on the ticket. The LTRA and Alberta Gaming Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.
Winners will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the draw, and by mail if they cannot be contacted by telephone or email. Winners must pick up their frozen beef by the end of December. In the event that a prize winner cannot be contacted within 30 days another draw will be conducted for the remaining prize.
