Meet our People & Program Coordinator, Ryleigh!
With a passion for inclusivity and a lifelong love for horses, Ryleigh is grateful to be part of the Lethbridge Therapeutic Riding Association (LTRA), where these values truly come to life.

In 2025, Ryleigh led LTRA’s summer camps, where she loved sharing her enthusiasm for horses and creating meaningful learning experiences for students. She is currently working toward her CanTRA CTR II certification to further support accessible, horse-centered opportunities for all participants.

Beyond LTRA, Ryleigh helps run the Lethbridge Powerchair Sports programs and is dedicated to creating inclusive, adaptive opportunities for every individual. She also enjoys riding and spending time with her own horses, with a particular interest in liberty training.

Now serving as LTRA’s People & Program Coordinator, Ryleigh is committed to developing programs that enrich our community and support riders of all abilities. She is excited to continue building relationships, fostering connection, and helping others experience the many benefits of equine-assisted programming.
