Rachelle Houle

Rachelle brings a strong background in finance to her role at LTRA. She began her career in banking before moving into bookkeeping for a small construction company, and her Business diploma with a focus on accounting complements this hands-on experience. Detail-oriented and hardworking, she ensures the financial side of LTRA runs smoothly and effectively.

Her passion outside of work lies in the rodeo arena. Rachelle began her journey with her first horse, HR Why Not Dot (“Dot”), who went on to become a successful pole bending and barrel racing horse. Today, she devotes much of her free time to her horses Rock, Paige, and Elle, training and competing in barrel racing and occasionally in pole bending.

When she’s not working or riding, Rachelle enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors, whether that’s relaxing by the water or simply enjoying life on the deck. She thrives in environments that combine her love for horses with her professional skills and brings kindness and authenticity to everything she does.
