Justin Hatch

Justin is the newest member of our team here at LTRA and we are excited to have him

on board with us! Justin brings an expansive wealth of knowledge and experience with him that

allows him to naturally adapt into this new role as our Ranch & Operations Manager.

With a passion for helping individuals and organizations maximize their potential Justin

is committed to bring a strong work ethic, high standard of excellence and integrity to our

facility, and uphold its standard of operational procedures. Justin brings with him a Diploma in

Business Management, a Bachelor of Organizational Psychology, along with being a Certified

Farrier. Justin has dedicated his career to providing a high standard of excellence and care

whether with horses or to individuals. With a strong background in these fields, and great

attention to detail, Justin readily knows how to be an asset to our facilities, program needs, and

day to day operations.

In addition to his professional career Justin has spent his life around horses. He enjoys

riding on the ranch, training rope horses, spending time horseback in the mountains, and has

an extensive list of notable accomplishments competing in the arena as well.

Whether in a professional setting, the arena, or community, Justin strongly values giving

back where he can and living a life of service. Here at LTRA, Justin looks forward to being able to

generously give of his talents and foster and environment where all can enjoy the fullness of

our facilities.
