Pepsi is a reliable schoolmaster whose specialty lies in supple collection and smooth lateral movement — able to drift sideways, diagonally or collected forward with subtle cues. She’s calm and patient enough for beginners learning the basics, yet skilled and responsive enough for advanced riders wanting finesse, responsiveness and correct engagement of the hindquarters. Pepsi’s athleticism and training make her a cornerstone for our herd, and as one of the younger members she adds energy and longevity to our program for years to come.
