Public Riding Lessons
In addition to Therapeutic Riding, we also offer public riding lessons for able-bodied people.

Due to the latest provincial Covid-19 response, the public riding sessions will be closed until the province determines that the restrictions currently in place are reduced.
General Information
- Classes are on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 7pm and 7pm to 8pm
- 5 sessions per year

Cost
A 6-week session is $210 and includes the use of LTRA horse and tack. LTRA membership fee, which includes insurance, is required once a year: Individual $30.00 Family $65.00
Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until the full payment is received.
Lesson Times: 6 – 7 p.m. and 7 - 8 p.m.
Skills Acquired during our lessons: Safety on and off the horse, tacking up properly, Open and Direct rein effects, walk, trot. How to be safe on horses whether here or on a trail ride, at friends. If you have a helmet and boots, please bring them with you. If not they can be provided.
Rider Rules
All students are required to register before lessons begin.
All students are required to wear long pants and a helmet.
All students are asked to be on time. Any students that have not arrived by 10 minutes after the lesson starts will not be able to ride. Any unused horses will be taken out of the arena.
