Kale Hayes

Meet our Executive Director, Kale Hayes! With a strong passion for making a positive impact, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team at the Lethbridge Therapeutic Riding Association (LTRA).

As a highly motivated and results-driven professional, Kale has a proven track record in leading teams, designing successful programs, and achieving fundraising goals. He has dedicated his career to assisting vulnerable populations and has been actively involved in program development projects, community development, and fundraising initiatives.

Kale’s personal connection to equine life runs deep. He has owned horses since early childhood. Outside of work, Kale enjoys spending time with his family, putting miles on his young horse ‘Moose’ and relaxing at the lake. His passion for equine care and his dedication to our mission make him a valuable leader and a perfect fit for the role of Executive Director.

At LTRA, Kale is committed to providing therapeutic riding services and Equine-wellness programming to our community. He strongly believes in the work we do and the benefits it brings to our clients.
